Meta Analysis

[November 5 Update - Meta Analysis] This update brings balance changes to seven heroes. All five buffed heroes sat on the low side of their lanes for win rate: Arli was 17th of 18 farm heroes at 46.36%, Biron 27th of 30 clash heroes at 48.27%, and Flowborn (Mage) 25th of 27 mid heroes at 47.59% (all official statistics retrieved 2026-10-30). Nakoruru was 20th in the jungle and Hou Yi 16th in farm. Both nerfed heroes ranked near the top of clash on win rate: Fuzi 3rd at 52.66% and Nezha 4th at 52.53%. Both also had low pick rates and an official C tier. The change trims heroes that few people play but that won when they were played. Hou Yi is the exception. He has the highest pick rate in farm at 2.46% and an official S tier, so this buffs the most played hero in the lane. His win rate was 49%, third from the bottom in the lane. Biron's Skill 2 is the one change you cannot read from the numbers alone. Its base damage grows 1.8 times, but the ratio now counts only extra Physical Attack instead of total Physical Attack. How much stronger it gets depends on level and items. The official statistics still date from October 30, before this patch. The next update will show how these seven heroes actually moved.

Honor Royale Beta
Adjust
Elimination • Deaths within the first 4 minutes do not eliminate you; you respawn at a random location • After 4 minutes, only teams whose members die at the same time are eliminated • Dying before level 12 no longer costs levels Safe Zone • The zone shrinks toward a random location • It shrinks more slowly, so matches last longer Farming pace • More monsters spawn, and they keep spawning throughout the match Other changes • Wider auto-pickup radius for Gold • Health no longer recovers out of combat; a recovery skill is added instead • You can no longer respawn near your teammates Worth your time The developers say these changes answer requests for more room for error and longer matches. The first 4 minutes are now forgiving, which makes it easier to try unfamiliar heroes. In exchange, respawning near teammates is gone, and out-of-combat Health recovery is replaced by a recovery skill. The announcement does not describe that skill, so its details are unconfirmed.

Bug Fixes and Improvements
Adjust
Bug Fixes • Fixed Loadouts set with the Teleport Common Skill not working properly • Improved the recall animation of the Golden Midsummer Diaochan skin • Fixed Okarun Lam's Basic Attack animation sometimes lagging behind its visual effects after an enhanced Basic Attack • Improved the movement of the floating figures in the Dark Tale Angela portrait effects • Fixed in-match signals occasionally displaying incorrectly Fixes for the October 24 update • Fixed Teleport not being selectable in some game modes What this means Only the two Teleport fixes affect matches: Loadouts with Teleport work again, and Teleport can now be picked in every mode. The rest are visual fixes.
Flowborn (Mage)
Buff
Flowborn (Mage) — Skill 2's base damage and damage over time both rise by about 10% Skill 2 (Starflow Cascade) • Base damage 250 (+50 per level) (+50% Magical Attack) → 280 (+56 per level) (+55% Magical Attack) • Damage over time 45 (+9 per level) (+9% Magical Attack) → 50 (+10 per level) (+10% Magical Attack) What this means Base damage goes from 500 to 560 at level 6, a 12% rise, and the ratio from 50% to 55%. Damage over time goes from 90 to 100 at level 6. Both the base values and the ratios go up, so Skill 2 hits harder at any item level. Flowborn (Mage) held a 47.59% win rate, 25th of 27 mid heroes, and the lowest pick rate in mid at 0.24% (official statistics retrieved 2026-10-30, before this patch). This lifts the least-played hero in the lane.
Biron
Buff
Biron — Skill 2's base damage grows 1.8 times, and the empowered basic attacks now also scale with extra Physical Attack Skill 2 (Storm Strike) • Base damage 150 (+30 per level) (+75% Physical Attack) → 270 (+54 per level) (+90% extra Physical Attack) • Basic attack damage 200 (+40 per level) (+100% Physical Attack) → 180 (+36 per level) (+60% extra Physical Attack) (+100% Physical Attack) • Enhanced damage 300 (+60 per level) (+150% Physical Attack) → 270 (+54 per level) (+90% extra Physical Attack) (+150% Physical Attack) What this means Base damage goes from 300 to 540 at level 6, 1.8 times as much. The ratio changes from 75% of Physical Attack to 90% of extra Physical Attack, so Biron's own Physical Attack no longer counts toward it. Extra Physical Attack only covers what items and other sources add, so how much the total rises depends on level and items. The basic attack and enhanced damage lose 10% of their base values but gain new extra Physical Attack ratios of 60% and 90%. Their 100% and 150% Physical Attack ratios stay. At level 6, both beat the old version once Biron has at least 67 extra Physical Attack. Biron held a 48.27% win rate, 27th of 30 clash heroes (official statistics retrieved 2026-10-30, before this patch).
Hou Yi
Buff
Hou Yi — Skill 1's base damage rises 25% Skill 1 (Arrow Volley) • Base damage 100 (+20 per level) (+75% Physical Attack) → 125 (+25 per level) (+80% Physical Attack) What this means Base damage rises 25% at every level, 200 → 250 at level 6, and the ratio goes from 75% to 80%. Hou Yi has the highest pick rate of the 18 farm heroes at 2.46% and an official S tier, making him the most played hero in the lane. His win rate was 16th at 49% (official statistics retrieved 2026-10-30, before this patch). With so many players on him, this change reaches more matches than most.
Nakoruru
Buff
Nakoruru — Skill 1 gains about 5% and the ultimate about 17% damage Skill 1 (AMUBE YATORO) • Base damage 380 (+76 per level) (+120% extra Physical Attack) → 400 (+80 per level) (+125% extra Physical Attack) Ultimate (KAMUI MUTSUBE) • Base damage 600 (+300 per level) (+190% extra Physical Attack) → 700 (+350 per level) (+195% extra Physical Attack) What this means Skill 1 goes from 760 to 800 at level 6, about 5%, with the ratio up from 120% to 125%. The ultimate goes from 1200 to 1400 at level 3, about 17%, and its ratio rises from 190% to 195%. The ultimate gets the bigger boost. Nakoruru held a 49.12% win rate, 20th of 27 junglers, and a 0.46% pick rate, 19th (official statistics retrieved 2026-10-30, before this patch).
Arli
Buff
Arli — the passive's extra Physical Attack ratio rises from 40% to 55% Passive (Falling Leaves) • Base damage 220–440 (+40% extra Physical Attack) → 230–460 (+55% extra Physical Attack) What this means The base values rise only about 5%; the ratio is the bigger change. It goes up 15 points, so the gap widens as items come in. With 300 extra Physical Attack, the ratio part alone grows from 120 to 165, an extra 45. Arli held a 46.36% win rate, 17th of 18 farm heroes and second from the bottom (official statistics retrieved 2026-10-30, before this patch).
Fuzi
Nerf
Fuzi — the passive loses about 19% and the ultimate about 17% of its damage Passive (Ancient Wisdom) • Base damage 80–160 (+28% extra Physical Attack) → 65–130 (+23% extra Physical Attack) Ultimate (Sage's Might) • Base damage 600 (+300 per level) (+200% extra Physical Attack) → 500 (+250 per level) (+185% extra Physical Attack) What this means The passive's base values drop about 19%, and its ratio falls from 28% to 23%. The ultimate goes from 1200 to 1000 at level 3, about 17%, with the ratio down from 200% to 185%. Both base values and ratios come down, so items do not close the gap. Fuzi held a 52.66% win rate, 3rd of 30 clash heroes (official statistics retrieved 2026-10-30, before this patch). His pick rate was 20th at 0.43% and his official tier C: few players, but a high win rate.
Nezha
Nerf
Nezha — Skill 1 loses about 4%, and only the ultimate's ratio drops Skill 1 (Fire-tipped Spear - Sweep) • Base damage 345 (+115 per level) (+105% extra Physical Attack) → 330 (+110 per level) (+100% extra Physical Attack) • Ember damage 45 (+15 per level) (+20% extra Physical Attack) → 42 (+14 per level) (+17% extra Physical Attack) Ultimate (Universe Ring - Skyfall) • Base damage 450 (+150 per level) (+170% extra Physical Attack) → 450 (+150 per level) (+160% extra Physical Attack) What this means Skill 1's base damage goes from 690 to 660 at its maximum level 4, about 4%, and the ember damage from 90 to 84. Their ratios also drop by 5 and 3 points. The ultimate keeps its base damage, and only its extra Physical Attack ratio falls from 170% to 160%. The more items Nezha has, the bigger the ultimate's loss. Nezha held a 52.53% win rate, 4th of 30 clash heroes, and a 0.5% pick rate, 16th (official statistics retrieved 2026-10-30, before this patch). Like Fuzi, he had few players but a high win rate.
