- A 30% team-wide boost for 4s works equally well going in or getting out. Its biggest effect is often outside teamfights entirely: reaching an objective first or rotating faster converts straight into map advantage. It contributes nothing to damage or defence, but it cuts down on the losses where your team arrives piecemeal and fights a man down. The permanent 5% movement speed suits a support who is constantly moving.
