Knight's Vow
Patch 7.0d- A new support item built around protecting 1 chosen ally. While equipped, it takes on part of the damage the chosen ally receives and heals the user.
- Committing to one ally is the trade-off, but in exchange the focus fire aimed at that ally genuinely gets lighter. When a marksman or mage is being hunted every fight, the support can step forward and share the punishment instead of watching it land. Because it absorbs damage and heals at the same time, playing purely defensively no longer means being the first one to die. Who it is attached to changes what it does, so pick based on the team composition and on who the enemy is actually trying to kill.
