Xin Zhao Early Game
Xin Zhao's level 2-3 ganks are among the strongest for a jungler. After taking Red Buff, show up in mid or a side lane right away. Early kills let you set the pace of the game.
Xin Zhao Mid Game
Use your early lead to invade the enemy jungle and stall their jungler's growth. In objective fights, Ult can split the enemy formation, so look to start fights yourself.
Xin Zhao Late Game
Your carry potential fades as the game goes on. Switching to a tank build and playing as the frontline is the safe choice. Protect your damage dealers with your body and hold the line.
Xin Zhao Teamfights
The ideal engage is diving onto the enemy backline and casting Ult there. Knock the surrounding enemies away and isolate their carry. Inside the zone that blocks damage from range, keep fighting as long as you can.
⚠️ Common Mistakes
Always engaging with Skill 3 and losing your way out
Charging in with Skill 3 without looking is a habit to avoid in ganks and teamfights. Enemies often Flash under tower or a counter-gank arrives, and with no escape you simply die. The better pattern is to open with the Skill 2 slow, walk up, and land the Skill 1 knock-up. Even after unlocking Ult, keep Skill 3 for chasing after the enemy uses their dash.
