Our take
Morellonomicon shifts from an item you buy for ability uptime to one you buy to hold your ground. Max HP doubles to +300 while ability haste gives back 5, so durability replaces rotation speed. Routing the recipe through Kindlegem also hands you health partway through the build, which makes trading in lane far more forgiving.
