Nunu & Willump Strengths
✓Fast, hard-to-avoid ganks with the snowball
✓Strong objective securing with Skill 1 plus Smite
Nunu & Willump Weaknesses
×Damage falls off late and momentum fades
×Ult is easily interrupted by hard CC
Nunu & Willump Early Game
Fast jungle clear with the Skill 1 consume is your main strength. Once you have a few levels, roll the snowball (Skill 2) and gank early. Get your laners ahead.
Nunu & Willump Mid Game
Secure Dragon and Herald with Skill 1 and Smite together so they cannot be stolen. Keep pressure on the whole map with fast snowball rotations.
Nunu & Willump Late Game
Late game, with your damage falling off, play as a peel tank protecting your carries. Fully channeling Ult from an unwarded brush as an ambush, the so-called 'Empire', can turn a fight at once.
Nunu & Willump Teamfights
Crash the big snowball into the middle of the enemy team to spread CC and start the engage. If an enemy assassin closes on your allies, protect the carry with the Skill 3 root. Peeling is also part of your job.
⚠️ Common Mistakes
Starting the snowball in enemy vision
Avoid starting the Skill 2 snowball while an enemy ward can see you. Your movement is obvious, easy to dodge, and invites a counterattack. Clear vision with a Sweeper lens and roll a full-size snowball from river blind spots or deep in the jungle.
Nunu & Willump Combos
Gank Combo
Roll the snowball from Skill 2 to close in and root with Skill 3. Damage and heal yourself with Skill 1.

Biggest Snowball Ever!
⏳ 12s
Willump begins rolling a snowball that increases in size and speed over 12 seconds. The snowball explodes upon colliding with enemy champions, large monsters or terrain, dealing 35 - 175 magic damage (35 + 30%AP - 175 + 150%AP) to enemies and knocking them airborne for 0.5 - 1.25 seconds, increasing with the size of the snowball.
Re-cast: Releases the snowball, causing it to explode on the first enemy hit.
Removes slows on cast and is immune to slows during rolling. Deals 33.33% damage to minions and small monsters.

⏳ 12s
Channels for up to 2.5 seconds, throwing snowballs that deal 8 magic damage (8 + 5%AP) and slow by 20% for 0.5 seconds.
When the channel ends, Willump deals magic damage equal to 3% - 15% of the enemies' max HP (3% + 0.008%AP to 15% + 0.04%AP) and roots them for 0.5 - 1.5 seconds. Damage and root duration scale with number of snowball hits on the target.
Final explosion deals up to 150 damage vs. monsters.

Absolute Zero
⏳ 70s
Gains a shield that absorbs 65 damage (65 + 180%AP + 35% bonus HP) and begins channeling for up to 3 seconds. Nearby enemies are slowed by 50%, increasing to 95% over the duration.
When the channel ends, nearby enemies take 180 - 915 magic damage (180 + 50%AP - 915 + 275%AP), increased with channel duration.
Snowball Barrage loses its 150% damage modifier against monsters, so its clear now runs on raw numbers. Paired with the Smite changes in 7.3, that reshapes how he moves through the jungle.
Nunu & Willump's payoff for stacking HP shrinks on both ends. Consume converts less bonus HP into damage and into regeneration, so a tanky build recovers more slowly while rotating through camps. Snowball Barrage loses 2 at every rank as well, cutting the pressure he brings when he shows up in a lane. Building HP is still the right direction — it simply scales more gently than before.
