Our take
The movement speed and the area damage on kill are gone, replaced by 30 more AP. It shifts from a flexible do-everything item to one focused purely on finishing targets. Since it no longer splashes onto nearby enemies after a takedown, the build assumes you are picking one target and killing them. It costs 200g more and now sits as the closer that burst mages and assassins add to seal a kill.
